USADA Summer Athletic Programs

Power Up Your Potential

USADA provides a safe space and diverse programs for youth, helping them develop the necessary skills to become successful athletes. Students are able to express themselves and compete in an enthusiastic team environment while cultivating character through hard work. Our programs emphasize the proper fundamentals of physical fitness, nutritional awareness, and personal development, giving our students a physical and mental advantage over their competition.

Team running drills

A summer training program that consists of a variety of individual drills intended to develop proper footwork, agility, speed, strength, and mental conditioning. The program runs for 6 weeks, Monday through Thursday, and is open to boys and girls ages 8 to 17.

Quarterback/Wide Receiver Clinic

In collaboration with Route 101 Wide Receiver Academy (Los Angeles) and the City College of San Francisco Athletics, USADA hosts an annual football skills development clinic. This one-day clinic is position-specific, focusing on developing proper technique and ball skills. It is open to boys and girls ages 8-17.
