Established in 2019 with headquarters in San Francisco, CA

Urban Student Athlete Development Academy (USADA) is a 501(c) (3) Not for Profit, sports-based youth development organization focused on educating student athletes in their overall personal development.

Our exclusive suite of programs are designed specifically for young student athletes in San Francisco and the Greater Bay Area which includes summer performance training camps, sports clinics, competitive travel teams, and our cornerstone program XLR8 (Accelerate), a high school preparatory program exclusively for middle school-aged student athletes.

Our mission is to empower socially and economically, disadvantaged youth by providing access to academic, athletic, and community support services.

We use the word progress as our team huddle break. Progress is the process.
